Who is responsible for your information

Thameside Digital is operated by Ellen Children, an independent web developer based in Goring-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Ellen Children is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

If you get in touch, I may collect your name, email address, business details, website address and any other information you choose to include in your message.

If we work together, I may also keep project correspondence, agreed requirements, contracts, invoices and payment records. I do not collect payment-card details through this website.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are relied upon to protect it.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for responding to or following up an enquiry. Client and financial records may be kept for longer where needed to provide services, resolve queries or meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and website data

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics or non-essential tracking technologies. The hosting provider, Vercel, may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Your rights

You may have the right to request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, ask for information to be deleted, object to or restrict certain uses and request a portable copy where applicable.
